3. Service Description

stillpointvrs provides Thai massage and bodywork services in Taipei, Taiwan. Our services include:

• Post-Activity Recovery Sessions
• Senior-Friendly Sessions
• Upper Body Tension Release

Services are provided at our location on Minsheng East Road, Taipei. Session availability is subject to practitioner schedule and booking capacity.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or scheduling without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our website.

4. Booking and Appointments

Booking Process: Appointments can be made through our contact form, by phone at +886-2-2545-6789, or by email at [email protected].

Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email or phone. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours notice, subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect their session. This includes but is not limited to cardiovascular conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or chronic pain conditions.

Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward practitioners and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if client behavior is inappropriate or makes practitioners uncomfortable.

Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. stillpointvrs is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Hygiene: Clients should arrive in a clean state. We provide towels and may ask clients to shower before sessions if necessary.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and at our location. All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).

Payment Methods: We accept cash and electronic payment methods including credit cards and mobile payment apps.

Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable once provided. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss the matter.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability
